THE FOUNDER
Tebogo Vincent Modika is an accomplished HR Executive, Leadership Coach, Entrepreneur, Strategist, and Corporate leader with over 25 years of experience in Human Capital, Leadership Development, Employee Relations, Transformation, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. He is an accredited Balanced Scorecard Master Professional.
He has held senior leadership roles at Aveng Manufacturing, Anglo American Platinum, the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), Transnet, and PRASA. He is a co-founder of the University of Bolobedu Development Foundation and Balodzwi Holdings (Pty) Ltd. He is an ordained Pastor, serving at Benny Hinn Ministries and Loveworld Inc. He hails from the Modika Royal House, founders of the Balobedu Nation in Limpopo Province.
